REFUND & RETURNS
Due to hygiene considerations and the nature of our made-to-order products, we do not entertain exchanges or refunds unless the item received exhibits a significant issue. This includes situations where the item:

  • Deviates significantly from the described or presented sample;
  • Suffers damage due to our factory’s fault or during transportation;
  • Is not in alignment with your original order.

Please be aware that our products are manufactured based on market demand and are not always readily available. Additionally, advertised images may vary slightly from the actual product in terms of color due to lighting during photography or monitor display. Therefore, please allow for differences between the images and the received item.

In the case of a major problem, we may opt to replace the item or issue a refund within a reasonable timeframe, allowing the customer to retain the product.
